My name is Angelique, and I offer therapy for young people and adults, whether through short-term counselling or long-term psychotherapy. Sessions are available both in person and online. Together, we will work to help you make sense of your feelings and life experiences.
My approach to therapy is integrative, meaning I draw from different models and theories to best meet your unique needs. I consider the whole person—mind and body—while tailoring our work to support your growth and well-being.
Depending on what feels right for you, our sessions may incorporate talk therapy, movement, or the arts as ways to explore your inner world in a safe, non-judgmental space. Our work together will help you better understand and navigate your emotions, fostering both self-discovery and self-acceptance.
